Post Office, Lordship Lane

The customer service in this Post Office has dropped dramatically and is now as close to rockbottom as it can be. From what I understand it is not the staff who are to blame but the Post Office senior management. They are cutting both the number of staff and the number of post offices at an alarming rate, and are much more bothered about selling you a mortgage or life insurance than selling you what you actually went in for. The staff look so demoralised these days.
