Hi lovely mummies, we are two local mums who are looking for other mums to test our simple (and free) weekly menu planning app. It will be in Cafe G, Peckham Rye and we?ll buy you a coffee for 15 minutes of your time. Off course, little ones are very welcome. Happy to incorporate with regular NCT coffee get togethers.

When: weekday mornings of wc 23 and 30 Jan

How will it work: We?ll schedule small informal groups of 3 and 4 at a time. The sessions will just be us observing how you use the app, what you find useful, what not. All in all it shouldn?t take longer than 15 minutes.

Please also let me know if you?re happy to test but are not in the immediate area - we will be having several sessions and it may not all be in the ED area.

If you?re interested, please send me PM with the dates and times that will work.

Thanks so much !!

Marike

    • Although this sounds worrying, a "bitey" fox is unusual. I see foxes all the time where I live near Rye Lane and have never experienced this. I've even seen a fox sitting in the garden where an outdoor cat lives, whilst the cat was there - the cat was fine and is still alive. I think my flat is on a fox path because I hear and see them most nights, none of the local cats seem bothered by them. I can't help but wonder what would make the fox act in such a way, I've just read that toxoplasmosis might make them more aggressive
    • Purse with cash and cards (including photo card) found in road local to East Dulwich Tabernacle. It will be here (107 Barry Road) all day (Sunday 21 December) if you want to collect or PM me.  In case some one else who knows R Howard, please alert her.    Thank you
    • Thanks Sue.  No the car just drove on.  We don't know if they noticed.  We were driving behind.  We were just glad we could be with the cat, and take him to the vet, rather than leaving him there 😞
    • Certainly the infamous (and mythical) SE London cat killer turned out to be foxes attacking dying and dead cats injured by cars, but fox: cat encounters do appear to happen, even where cats are victorious. Fox: adult humans less so. At least where foxes are the aggressors.
