3 Bedroom Garden flat - ?1950 PCM

This spacious and bright flat is available on the quiet and desirable Ondine Road in East Dulwich.

The flat is fantasically located for transport links. It is just five minutes walk from East Dulwich train station (12 minutes to London Bridge) and fifteen minutes walk to Peckham Rye (15 minutes to Victoria, Blackfriars, London Bridge and overground connecting Peckham Rye with the city and Clapham Junction). There are also good bus links from the end of the road (176, 185, 484, 40) and unrestricted on-street parking.

The flat has a good sized, south facing garden and is flooded by natural light. It is neutrally and recently decorated throughout and benefits from:

? Two good sized double bedrooms

? One smaller double bedroom/study/nursery

? Kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer

? Bathroom with full sized bath and separate power shower

? Large lounge with wood flooring, dining space and working real fire

? Garden with patio, shed and side access

The flat is moments from Lordship Lane and its bars, cafes and market but also a short walk from trendy Bellenden Road.

This wonderful property would be ideal for a professional couple or professional sharers (non smokers only). Available now. No agents please. Please PM me to arrange a viewing and for further photos.

    • Well I did say I stand to be corrected! Fair enough, their website only seemed to list three branches. Perhaps it's a franchise model?  It's known as 'agglomeration' in economics Rookie error.
    • I didn't know there was a word for that — thanks!
    • This is just normal business behaviour. That's why there are so many coffee shops in ED and shops selling gifts and interiors stuff, clothes, restaurants.  If there's more than one business of a similar type then it can benefit all of them up to a saturation point and keep up quality. It's all sounding like many think Chango has made a malicious move when it actually sounds like it's owned by one guy who has a good business that has done well.   Anyway this is all great advertising for both empanada places. Very close by is the organic grocer who sells really good value and very tasty samosas and other Indian snacks which are also worth trying.
