Unfurnished 2 double, 1 box room mid-terrace house with a private paved backyard on Copeland Road, less that 5 mins walk to Peckham Rye Station and Peckham Rye Common respectively. Refurbished last year with new appliances, flooring and bathroom, the property has gas central heating and access to the loft for storage.

We have just bought our own property so looking to leave this rental lease in March, which is earlier than contracted. As we're required to pay rent until a new tenant is found, we're hoping to find someone who is interested and refer them to the property manager. This has now been advertised on Zoopla etc. http://www.zoopla.co.uk/to-rent/details/40164861

We have to front up all the re-letting fees ourselves and continue to be liable for the rent until someone else is found or the lease ends in June, so still hopeful of finding someone from early March!
