Any solicitor can do it.

If the documents need to be notarised most solicitors can't do it in fact, solicitors are commissioners for oaths but not many are also a notary public as it is a separate qualification.

Carrie, meant to ask, what is the difference between a commissioner for oaths and a notary?

I don't know but basically the signature needs to be by a legal and neutral professional. They shouldn't charge more than ?30 I think.
