Woodburning fire - costing / recommendations welcomed!

So we're over the winter (here's hoping) and we're thinking about installing a woodburner fire in the living room which means clearing the chimney, purchasing and installation. Not sure what we're talking about cost but if anyone is willing to share indicative costs and recommendations that would be great!

Make sure you get a DEFRA approved, wood burners now said to be contributing to poor air quality, and even DEFRA make some pollition.

And even with that approval, make sure the fuel you burn is the right stuff and that it is not damp. (Or buy lots of candlea and wear an extra cardigan!)

I'd install a mini nuclear reactor, but make sure it's UN approved. It'll have a smiley sun in the shape of a hand doing a thumbs up, just under the made in India bar code.
