WESTOW HILL SORTING OFFICE!

Hello,

Just wondered if anyone is totally infuriated by the fact that Westo Hill Sorting office firstly, never answer their phone and secondly, seem to wait until they have a pile of your undelivered parcels before trying to redeliver?

I have been waiting weeks (2-3?) now for roughly 10 items which still havent arrived. I have been staying in everyday in hope that they will arrive but at the same time missing the opportunity to actually drive up there and pick the parcels up/ Just wondered if anyone is experiencing the same problem?

Isn't that more Crystal Palace than ED? I had a PO guy drop a card through my letterbox this morning and got to the door before he left. He gave me the parcel but asked for the card back. He then put it in my bin. From hearing doorbell to opening the door was probably less than 30 seconds.
