Advanced Pilates Workshop - 'The Classic Mat' with Chiara Favaretti at Gaia Studio, 20 Maxted Road

Sunday 19th March, 2 - 4pm ?25

Experience Joseph Pilates' original execise routine! Made up of over 30 advanced exercises performed in sequence, the Classical Mat is considered to be the very essence of the Pilates Method. Preserving the integrity of Joseph Pilates' original work, it maintains the highly athletic and dynamic style of flowing movements.

What to expect in this workshop:

Chiara will be giving a warm up class and an overview of the original sequence. Applying the Body Control Pilates method in approaching the advanced work, exercises will be broken down into their essential components to enable participants to perform them safely. Due to the relatively short length of this workshop, emphasis will be placed on the Repertoire in its entirety, rather than on its details. Previous Pilates experience is necessary.

  So what do you want to see happen in the site ? The developer has to make money so increasing social housing may not be financially viable and we 100% need more accommodation locally. Also the quote that it will be used by people as second homes is a bit strange, I would have suspected that would be the opposite as people might look to the countryside for a second home, not a semi run down town centre. For future, can you attach files as PDFs not word documents as my firewall blocks Word downloads due to increased risk of carrying hidden payloads.

  Hi there, We have been having our windows cleaned by a lovely man for the past 10 years. This is a bit bonkers, but we don't have his number. Because we were often at work when he knocked for payment, we set up a monthly direct debit to him and never needed to contact him. Now our neighbours are looking for their windows done. I wondered if anyone might have his contact details? He does many of the shops on Forest Hill Road SE22 Thanks! Julia
