Hello people!


I?m very proud to announce the start of my new classes to be held in the heart of Peckham Rye.


The ?Get Lean? class will be a High Intensity Interval Training based sessions. Workouts will encompass a variety of modes of training from Kettlebells, Battle ropes, Plyometric exercises (bodyweight power), Gymnastic conditioning and so much more.


Suitable for people from all backgrounds and levels of fitness. It will be focused on helping you to shred any unwanted fat and get stronger and leaner in the process.


Classes will last approx. 45 mins. Cost JUST ?8 per session.


No gym memberships,

No contracts and

No long term arrangements.

Just pay as you go.


All bookings by reservation only as places are limited.


Times and dates to be confirmed.

Hello Kate,


My IT skulls aren't great so havent got the bookings avail on my site yet. Details of the class are on the attached flyer. Held in Peckham Rye, a studio above the shops opposite peckham rye station. Classes every Tuesday at 12pm and Saturdays at 10.30am. If you would like to attend just let me know and ill book you in. I'll PM you some details later.

    • We got some good quality items at the children’s Christopher’s by the Goose Green roundabout. 
    • She also suggested that the 2017 Manchester terror attack (perpetrated by an Islamist extremist) was due to "divisiveness" and tried to pin the blame on the far right. Grim, really. 
    • Thankfully, it seems that yesterday's "Red vs Blue" school wars thing has turned out to be a hoax/ nonsense/ whatever. (See link below if you managed to avoid this stuff). In years to come, we might found out who - or which countries - has an interest in testing what happens when you post socially disruptive content online about fake events... In the meantime, thank you to our local teachers and other school workers, police community support officers and police officers. My commute happens to take me past a bunch of schools at dropoff/pickup times, and I noticed a much greater and more visible presence on streets outside/near schools than normal.
