Waitrose shop in Sydenham

I heard that Waitrose may be investing in Sydenham in the development around the station. Is it true? Does anybody know anything about it? Perhaps we can get our sushi cheaper over there.

I was told they'd registered an interest, before the election, when a local Labour party member came knocking on our door. Since then, my father in law has heard things, so definitely seems to be a strong rumour, but I'll believe it when I see it.
