Need a handy person- Filling holes and painting

Hi there,

Can anyone recommend a handy man/woman to do a few jobs in our flat. We have had a plug socket and some old alarm sensors removed and the areas need filling and sanding. Our communal hallway and 3 doors also need a coat of paint.
