Thank you! Children are adults now, just adults unlikely to ever be able to afford to buy a place of their own... It's now a downloadable will I need - I could pick one up in Smiths - it's advice on what options I have if any re dealing with inheritance tax, so I can ensure my sons have somewhere to live.

Given the absurd prices of London properties, I'd have thought there were loads of people needing this kind of advice, no?
