Cleaner required in Peckham for regular cleaning of Airbnb on an irregular timetable

We have an Airbnb flat that needs to be cleaned regularly. We need someone flexible who can work around the check in and out times of the guests. Sometimes this means cleaning at 12pm on a Saturday, or at 9am on a Tuesday depending on the guest. We would prearrange with you a few days in advance and obviously wouldnt expect you to be available every time. The flat is very small so the job would not take long. We'd pay a flat rate of ?25 cash. Sometimes it may only take you an hour. Ideally someone from Peckham who can swing by and clean as required. Hi Jessie - I can highly recommend Ula for this. Ula has cleaned for me for many years, is efficient, reliable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend her.

She has a car (so is able to get to and from places easily) and already cleans around Nunhead, Peckham and East Dulwich. Her number is 07873617266.

    • Is Dell Autos closing down completely or just moving? For whatever it's worth, for MOTs I've had good recent experience with The Test Centre in Deptford. They only do MOTs so they don't have any particular incentive to fail you and they usually have same day appointments. Open 7 days a week and late. https://www.thetestcentre.co.uk/our-test-centres/deptford-branch/ Obviously you would still need a "normal" garage to do servicing and repairs etc.
    • So what is the issue? You want compensation for the loss of value, or you want to expedite the matter?
    • No. What happened? I actually thought, considering it was what we used to call Guy Fawkes Day last night, the loud noises from  fireworks ended remarkably early. About 9pm? Maybe I just fell asleep and didn't hear any later ones. Do people actually burn Guys any more? Apart from at places like Lewes, where I believe they still have Bonfire Societies and burn effigies of various political figures etc.
    • The accompaniment to our "Christmas Pudding" aka Nothing-Whatever-Like-A- Christmas-Pudding last year  at The Cherry Tree was "brandy butter ice-cream." If it had ever been near any brandy, the brandy must have been waved in its direction from a very great distance. Same with butter. The ice cream tasted like bog standard "vanilla" from a catering tub. At least it did bear some resemblance to ice cream. Whereas the "Christmas Pudding" bore no resemblance whatever to any Christmas Pudding I have ever seen or tasted in my many  decades of seeing and tasting Christmas Puddings. Oh, and Cinzano Bianco. Bleurgh. My sister used to drink that. 🤢
