Late Post

We've just received our post at 6.45pm on Tuesday evening at the Harvester end of LL. Anyone else receive their post as late as this today?

Was it from a postman? I've had wrongly delivered mail that I've posted in the correct address later than that! :)

Its probably the neighbours that dropped it in, wont be the postman at this time

Postman delivered to me at the Harvester at about 8.30pm a few weeks ago. I also left my house on NYE at around 4.30pm when I got home the next day the postman had left a parcel on my doorstep all night. Glad it wasn't nicked it was quite a expensive order I had placed in a less convincing sized box but still shouldn't of been left there at all!

You need to complain about that, otherwise it will happen to other people who may not be so lucky.

Are you sure it was the postie and not a courier delivery?

I live opposite the harvester and our normal postman has been on holiday for 2 weeks.... Had late post... other people's post the lot!

Not sure if yours is the same postman - but hopefully he's back this week!

Hi Gina,

We had the same thing on 2 separate days last week: postman putting parcels under the doormat, which could easily be seen and pinched by anyone passing.

The second time he did it, my wife was home and saw the postman from an upstairs window.

So she ran down and asked him why he hadn't knocked, and why he thought it ok to leave parcels where they could get stolen.

He simply turned his back and walked up the street.

Anyone know where/how we make a complaint?
