Aqua classes for pregnant ladies

Hi all,

Wonder if anyone knows anywhere in the SE23/22/SE6 area, where they do evening aqua fit or aqua circuit classes? Forest Hill pools only have 2 and one is in the day, which isn't any good as I work.

Aqua tots run a 4 week course at Lewisham hospital on Tuesday and Thursdayevenings.it's in the hydrotherapy pool and it's great!
