roudoudou
Hi, We are thinking of getting a Phil and teds second hand but I read some reviews saying it doesnt really fit "big" toddlers, so I would like to know until when you ve put your kids in. how big were they ? etc..My daughter is almost 14 kilos she will be 28 months old when the baby is born. I don't think we'll need it often she walks very well but still likes to get in the buggy for a rest or a nap if we stay outside for a long time. Thanks for your help ! Bumpkin
We've got a very large just about to be 3 year old who shares a nanny with another 3 year old 1 day a week and they both fit fine in the Phil and Teds so I wouldn't worry too much. My boy is the same size as an average 4 year old, so you should be alright for a bit. Gussy
Hi, my toddler is average size and fits perfectly with loads of room in either the front or back seats. She walks a lot so I put the baby in the front seat and she can pick and choose to get in and out of the bottom seat (don't strap her in). Works well for us. Sanne Panne
I have the Vibe and think it looks really uncomfortable with my relatively but not excessively big 2.5 year old in the back. When my 6 month old is in the back I already worry about her head reaching the top of the seat frame soon. It can't be comfortable to rest your head against a metal tube while seated... Smiler
My dd was almost the same age when her baby sister arrived, decided to see how we got on without a double buggy, just got a buggy board ( lascal) for our bee, and has been fine, she either walks or goes on the buggy board.
