I want to rent out my cosy studio flat with its own separate kitchen and toilet with shower, which is on an amazingly quiet and green street on the border between Camberwell and Peckham in south east London, zone 2.

The studio is not huge but it comes with everything you will need such as fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, cooker, TV, wifi, toaster etc. The sofa becomes a comfy double bed.

The flat is a 5 minute walk to both stations Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye. It is also very close to King's Hospital. You are also 5 minutes away from the caf?s and shops along Bellenden Road which are excellent while Peckham has some outstanding pubs, bars, restaurants, a farmers' market, artists' studios, a supermarket, leisure centre and multi-screen cinema.

Council tax and electricity and internet bills are included.
