I've tried suggesting it within the threads themselves but..

There are several Foxtons threads/topics all dancing on the front page - wouldn't it be better to have your next pop within one of them rather than starting new ones....

What about if we give the actual word "Foxtons" honorary status as a profanity. Then we could impose a cursing ban on the Forum and actually charge people for using the "F WORD". A pound per F seems reasonable. Maybe a whole tenner for anyone with the audacity to start a new thread with the F word in it. What would we do with all the ??????

Our Foxtons Story:

About 3 months ago we had our house on the market, with lots of interest

We suddenly got Water in our Cellar (never had before)

We had to take the property off the market

After paying a fortune to check all our pipes and drains, we went door to door to talk to neighbors

A neighboring property being let and managed by foxtons apparently had a pipe burst weeks prior

The tenants were told they would be evicted unless they kept quiet about it

We immediatly reported the situation to the council

Foxtons with heavy chasing by the council, finally fixed the pipe

I would not advise anyone to deal with Foxtons.
