17th July- 21st July, Week of bootcamp sessions, Peckham Rye

Recommended Posts

Hi all!

Sophie and myself are looking to run bootcamps on the week of the 17th of July. I have been a qualified personal trainer since 2012 and have pre/post natal and gp referral qualifications, and Sophie is a qualified PE teacher.

There will be 3 bootcamps at different times in the day:

1)7am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. At Peckham Rye and will cost ?80 in total.

2)10:30am on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at Peckham Rye Common and will cost ?60. This will be exclusive to mother and babies only and the focus will be more on core and returning to pre baby fitness levels.

3)7:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at Peckham Rye Common and will cost ?80 in total.

All bootcamps will have sessions that will have a certain focus, including cardio, circuit training, agility, boxing and core training. Any abilities are welcome to join the bootcamps as there will be different level intensities for each exercise. Each session will be different and most importantly fun!

If you are interested in joining a bootcamp or have any questions please contact myself or Sophie via email at [email protected] or [email protected].

Thank you,

Harriet

    • But... you returned at 4.03pm... 🤷‍♀️
    • Hello, Does anyone know of any climbing, basketball or badminton clubs that are local to Peckham, East Dulwich? My son’s weekends are full of football and rugby training but I’m struggling to keep him busy (off a screen!) on week evenings. I’ve looked into the London Community boxing but sessions sadly start at 4.30 and he’s not back from school until 5.  Any recommendations gratefully received!
    • Be careful out there  !   I got a ticket for 1 minute over  on Lordship Lane   ---- with a blue badge , on a single yellow ...    I returned at 4.03pm to find the ticket -- he waited till 4.01pm with ticket and then scarpered  Naturally i appealed it and this was the response   We refer to the informal challenge you have made against the issue of the Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) JK17113680 You were parked on a single yellow line with one yellow kerb marking. There is a sign at the location advising that no loading is permitted Monday-Friday, 7 am to 10 am, and then 4 pm to 7 pm. Loading is permitted for a maximum of 40 minutes between 10 am and 4 pm, and then again after 7 pm. You were observed parked at 4:01 pm. and therefore issued a PCN for parking at a time when the rule applies. The purpose of this rule is to improve traffic flow and safety at all times. This contravention is immediately enforceable, and therefore, a PCN can be issued straight away as no observation period is needed. This rule applies to disabled badge holders, too; it is not a situation where you may use your disabled badge. Although your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) was correctly given, we have cancelled it on this occasion, as a gesture of goodwill. Please note that this cancellation does not set a precedent for other PCNs issued in the future under similar circumstances, as each case is dealt with on its own merits. Yours sincerely Anita Hayler Southwark Parking
