Hello

Thanks for your reply. Yes I understand. Reason I asked were in relation to the following points;

1. I live in rented flat and did not want to use this address.

2. Want a different address to put on invoices.

How did you deal with this, if in the same situation?

Thanks

Thank you for mentioning us and our service. I should however point out that:

Registered office is for Companies House and HMRC purposes. If you appoint us to deal with tax communications on your behalf then the registered office is useful for this.

The facility is only for limited companies, not sole traders

We would not accept other business communications. Our clients cannot hold themselves out as trading from this address.

I would advise that you are probably looking for a mail forwarding service, or as the next step up a virtual office such as Regus.

A relative of mine who runs a small business as a sole trader has been using a PO box for a couple of years.

    • Another strong recommendation for Niko! As a first time buyer, I was new to choosing my own tradespeople, and Niko was recommended by a neighbour. My jobs were simple -- checking a macerating toilet, replacing the internal water mains stopcock valve, and replacing the tap on a bath so it could become a shower -- but he did them very efficiently and professionally. His prices were very reasonable. He gave good advice on all of the above projects and really cared about helping me adjust to being a homeowner, making sure I was making the best decisions for my house in the long term. This sort of advice is invaluable when you don't yet know what you are doing! I will absolutely be calling him again.
    • It is not laziness that sends me shopping on the Internet, it's also the better choice, better prices, and also the availability of items impossible to obtain either locally or in central London. I try to avoid Amazon for both ethical and quality issues.  The internet has enabled many small businesses to trade which would not have been possible before, surely that's a good thing.  The genie is well out of the bottle.
    • @Azalea I'm pretty sure that was The Jubilee pool it was off the avenues near the estate. I do miss living in W10!
