Boarded Up House on Matham Grove

Does anyone know why the lovley large Victorian property in the center of Matham Grove is boarded up? We've looking at buying property in that area, but obviously a secured property seems a bit worrisome.

is that the one at the end on the corner, number 30 I think. It was run by a housing association , the tenants moved out , and then the squatters moved in. They are still there .I believe the housing association is still trying to evict. A shame as would make lovely home.
