ESPH will be opening its doors from 6pm tonight to welcome visitors to see its new dynamic Cycling Studio; the most expansive eGym, Technogym and Keiser kit in London; new exercise studios and cr?che.

We will be running demonstration sessions of our strength based training and TRX equipment. Come with your kit to try out our new Cycling studio, Basement Sculpt session, Vinyasa Yoga or Pilates!*

  Piotr and his team just completed our ensuite and we couldn’t be happier. They were a lovely team to have around and took great care with protection and clean-up every day. Communication was great and there were no nasty surprises with the final invoice despite a few challenges with the room along the way. The standard of work is incredible. We still can’t believe this room is in our house!

  What has that got to do with their being potentially terrified when loud fireworks are set off? To the best of my knowledge nobody is suggesting the firework noise is actually killing the animals.
