Warning - 2 guys on a scooter - Hilversum Crescent

Just cycled past two guys on a scooter, number plate obscured, one with a balaclava - checking out a motorbike around the back of Hilversum Crescent. They sped off when they saw me looking at them. The bike they were looking at is chained up with a cover on.
