Want to stay fit and toned whilst pregnant?! Not sure what's safe and what you can and can't do? Want something a little more 'challenging' than pregnancy yoga/ pilates? Hopefully this is the answer!

After short break following the birth of my second baby, my legs, bums and pregnant tums class is back at JAGS Sports Club. It's a fusion of low impact aerobics, body conditioning, pregnancy yoga and pilates, postural awareness, gentle stretching and pelvic floor exercises (of course!)....

Suitable from 12 weeks onwards - I taught the class until I was 39 weeks pregnant with my first baby and 37 weeks with my second so you are in safe hands! I have over 8 years experience as a personal trainer and sports therapist but I specialise in pre and post natal exercise and am passionate about what I do! Especially keeping ladies fit and healthy throughout one of the most physically demanding times of their lives!

No need to book the class or be a member - more details on www.oriane.co.uk or JAGS website

Hope to see you at a class soon!

Any questions - pls do let me know

    • But in many cases the leaks are happening in the same places again and again, and every inch of pipe outside the Horniman on the South Circular must have been replaced at least 3 times in the last 15 years! Of course the infrastructure in some areas is old, but locally there's been quite a bit of replacement. To little effect it would seem.
    • Thank you, Pugwash. That's really useful information. Do you know who was responsible for the locks and keys, or which council department? Could you PM me if you don't want to put someone's personal details on here?  It may save me having to speak to Monica. Thanks.
    • Does anybody know why? Trees aren't cut down for no reason. There must have been something wrong with it (I hope that was the reason). A child was recently killed and another one injured when a tree fell in a park (not in this area). It isn't always obvious from the outside when a tree is diseased or whatever, and I imagine the council would give safety considerations priority when deciding what to do, if there was any doubt at all.
    • It looks like they have cut it down completely now 😭
