Cat sitter recommendations

Can anyone recommend a local cat sitter? I don't need someone to stay in the house, just pop in every day and feed and clear out the litter tray etc. Also I have no idea of the usual rates - what should I expect to pay?

I can recommend Michelle Benson without reservation. We've used her three times now, and she had taken great care of our cats. One of them in particular is very difficult, but she has gone out of her way to spend time with them at each visit, and even made a couple of extra visits which we hadn't paid her for. We've always been a bit paranoid about security, and have never left our keys with anyone before, but we felt completely happy with Michelle.
