We're looking for a sling or similar for a 14 month old (though would like to be able to use it for a year or so) to use in airports, around town etc rather than the pushchair and wondered what people would recommend. I've been looking at the Little Life Ultralight carrier (picture attached) but ahve also heard good things about the Ergo. Any thoughts of which one to go for and which to avoid? Thanks

From looking at the picture my main observation would be that the Ergo is much smaller and would be easier to roll up small for storage etc. I had a Patapum, which is basically the same design as an Ergo but for half the price, I used it a lot when we were travelling and also out and about in ED, it was brilliant.

A qualified electrician has the training and experience to safely handle any electrical issues, reducing the likelihood of accidents or injuries. With the exception of simple tasks, it is illegal for anyone other than a licensed electrician to perform electrical work. Hiring a qualified electrician ensures that the work is done in compliance with local laws and building codes. Some electricians are being recommended on EDF but here is no indication that they registered with NICEIC or NAPIT.  One is well advised to steer clear of Check-a-Trade which is a marketing service funded by subscription.
    • Didn’t they have a very ‘unusual’ way of allocating council housing which was also criticised in that report and which hopefully has now been changed
