Can anyone recommend an Interior or Kitchen designer

I need some help rethinking the design of the kitchen in my flat. It's sort of a tricky space - I don't necessarily need a whole kitchen fitted, although will probably end up replacing bits and pieces. I can't really find many independent designers that offer this service. Any thoughts or recommendations would be appreciated.
