Samsung S8+ with Cracked Screen - Unlocked : ?650

Hi guys,

I dropped my S8+ and cracked the screen...

The phone works perfectly and, even though there are quite a few hairline cracks in the bottom left corner, they are barely noticeable when the screen is on. It's still the best phone money can buy.

I'm selling it because I would like to buy a new one. The cracks only cover a small portion of the screen and most are invisible most of the time, but I'm willing to sell it if anyone is interested.

I bought it for ?779.99 from Argos about a month ago.

I'm selling it for ?650 because it's perfectly usable as it is, which means you'll be getting a nearly new S8+ for ?130 less than retail price. Or you may know someone who can get the screen fixed for cheap.

Either way, it's a good deal!

I just tried taking pictures of the cracks with my webcam but the quality isn't good enough. If you are interested, let me know and I will post some pictures of the damage later once my wife is home.

Any questions, please let me know.

Thanks!

    • I definitely have some grass cuttings, and various bits of plant cuttings etc, which has been piling up in my garden. I’ve been meaning to bag it up, but don’t have much time on account of two small children.  if that helps?
    • Walking around Belgravia and Knightsbridge stopping to look at window displays in Harvey Nics and Harrods. Tea at The Ritz and Burlington Arcade. Theatre without doubt - concert at Royal Albert Hall. Must go to Fortnum and Mason and Foyles Bookshop. London is magical at Christmas Time whoever and whatever one does. Personally, avoid Winter whatever it's called in Hyde Park - usually near Hyde Park Corner - got it Winter Wonderland. Expensive, tacky. See what’s on at Sachi Gallery in Sloane Square - sounds really crazy but a walk thru any of the parks and even a row on the Sepentine plus visit that gallery.
    • Eynella road is nowhere near the Herne Hill Oxfam shop. Do you mean Stradella?
    • Both great ideas. I went round that house in the early eighties (I think it was, may have been later),  but I think the tour is differently done now (and a lot more expensive!)
