I bought this brand new Fleur wedding dress for ?2,000 from the Mirror Mirror bridal shop in Islington in November 2016, it has been altered to go up at the front to show some leg and it has been drycleaned by Scobies in Dulwich Village and it is in perfect condition. My dressmaker added a bow to the front of the dress; this can be taken off and I am size 10 but the dress can be altered to fit size 6-12. Selling for ?450. Pick up from Dulwich Village.

  Indeed and possibly because with such an extensive wish list as stated, it will be a nigh on impossible to achieve a suitable property for that budget, outside the Village or Alleyn Park area. Even then, all wishes being equal, it would need > £3m to get a suitable property. Compromise would seem appropriate therefore , which suggests rating each "wish" in order of priority.
