Beginning/end of tenancy cleaning company wanted

I'm looking for a company to do a damn good clean on a one bedroom flat before it gets rented. Can you recommend one? And any idea how much they charge?

I should add there's a carpet that will need a proper wash/clean too and I don't have the equipment myself to do it.
