Specialist personal trainer for bad back

Hi I've read all the recommendations for personal trainers on the EDF but no-one has mentioned if they specialise in any problem areas.


I've got a bulge on one of my lower discs so am very keen but nervous about training sessions. The last time when I started at ESPH on Lordship Lane - supposedly run by physios - the trainer put my back out within the first ten minutes! Had to have physio for 6 weeks.


So if anyone can recommend or take me on please let me know. Really want to work on cardio, core strength and losing my flabby tummy!

      Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon.       A slightly delayed review but another one to echo Niko's praises. I had an issue with a cistern that needed replacing and Niko was attentive and did a great job. He was very diligent, explained what he was doing and fixed issues from a previous plumber's work. I will definitely ask for his help again if I have any issues in the future.

      Used John to plaster the hallway ceiling in my house, he arrived on time and did the job to a very high standard. He tidied up after himself (my wife was super impressed) . The price was as agreed and I could not recommend John enough. I would 100% use his skills again.
