Looking for 3 bed house/ flat Nunhead to rent

Hello,

We are a family of 4 looking for a 3 bed home to rent in the Nunhead/ Telegraph Hill/ Brockley area from November/ December, preferably on a long term basis and with a garden. We have 2 kids at school at Edmund Waller and a dog, a miniature schnauzer, who doesn't moult or smell and is a very good house guest!

We own a flat on Ivydale but it's too small now and have been renting for 3 years as we are keen to stay in the area.

References available. Please let me know if you have anything/ hear of anything.
