Seems like a small minority of park users see this as normal behaviour

It would be easy to blame "da yoof" but i've seen adults do it in the park near me too. When I asked wether they thought they should clean up after themselves I got this reply.


" It's the park-keepers job, that's what he's here for "


I think deep down they thought it was keeping him in work, which is nice.
