Dumped (?) VW beach buggy in Upland Rd

There's a VW beach buggy by the corner of Upland Rd and Piermont Rd with a seven day notice on it. I was wondering does anyone know who owns it or anything about it? Thanks!

It was a little further down the road (near Friern Road) for ages, but Thames water had to move it when they started digging in the road. Don't know who it belongs to though.

It appears to be SORN according to the dvla so technically should be stored off road

Would be a shame to see it crushed so I hope the owner collects and moves it soon
