I'm now doing hypnotherapy and life coaching sessions at Bellenden Therapies - and offering a discount to all members of the group for a limited period. I work with people of all ages on issues such as self-esteem/confidence, anxiety, phobias, smoking cessation and other addictions, weight loss, insomnia, moving forward after significant life events, and much more. If you have any questions ask away, or check out my website: http://carolinejago.com

I can vouch for Caroline as she helped me stop nail biting after decades of the habit.

Her style is very much tailored to you and your needs, she spends a lot of time in her research and content, it's in no way one style fits all.

I've used Caroline's life coaching services and highly recommend her. She helped me through a difficult post-redundancy life crisis when I was at a very low ebb, and really got me back on track, mentally and job-wise. She has a lovely calm manner and a positive down-to-earth approach, which helped me see things much more positively too. Definitely recommended!

    • DKH was two form entry, it is now one form entry to cope with the fact it was far more under subscribed than other schools in the area. They had actually combined year groups into single classes, 3/4 and 5/6.  When a school changes name, it’s usually because of a bad reputation perhaps the results.  The new name is dry with no history unlike its current name. It’s a very sketchy decision. It’s an expensive vanity project for someone.  What  will happen if the name change does not increase applications to the school?
    • @first mate I assume Alice made a mistake, as she removed her reaction.  I was wondering about park wardens. As I said, there was one there last night, who was incredibly helpful and proactive. As well as bringing me to the police, he caught up with a young guy on a bike who'd earlier been the victim of an attempted theft by these kids and linked him up with the police too. But I do wonder, as I've only very occasionally seen him riding around, how many they have and what hours they patrol. I've no doubt they'd be a strong deterrent if they had a better presence. They were nowhere to be seen the first time around.  Update: I've just found this: https://services.southwark.gov.uk/community-safety/community-wardens The guy in the photo at the bottom of the page was the lovely warden of last night and I've just now remembered him telling me he's based in Burgess Park. Anyway, there needs to be more of them, as I rarely see one in Peckham.
