Kes
Middle daughter is 5 next month, I usually do DIY parties at home but I now have a baby to deal with as well so I really need someone else to do the entertainment, even better the food and venue as well! Something like the Pizza Express parties would be great except she doesn't like pizza! A entertainer at our house could work if they don't need tons of space but I don't think the budget will run to venue hire and entertainer.Hit me with your ideas and wisdom! Mrs Nice
Gambados parties are knockouts ! Affordable and fun ... and yes, most minimal effort as they do the food too. Your booking will also come with an organiser- balloon maker ! You can add extras if you like and maybe hire the mascot to grace the party for photos. All the children had fun and you don't even have to do set ups and cook ! goldilocks
I'd advise the horror of Gambados to be honest. You'll need a lie down and a glass of wine after, but the kids love it and it really is an 'out of the bag' option. At 5 the crafty type ones can be tricky. We did Captured on the Rye for my 5 year old, but as a lot of his friends were still 4.5 they found cutting out their designs tricky and it was a lot of work for me and my husband (most people dropped off) so not sure I'd recommend with a baby to deal with too. Its a great option for 6/7 though.
