hazelnunhead
If you contact the British Dyslexia Assocaition (BDA), they should be able to let you know someone in the area. sillywoman
Thanks, Ive got a recommendation from BDA but I was hoping for a more personal recommendation, particularly as there seem to be a few assessors in SE London. We had an assessment for another son done at the bloomfield some years back, but they are more child oriented than teen I think and so maybe not as appropriate. Carrie
My daughter had her initial assessment there as a child (aged 7) but then also had subsequent assessments there pre-GCSE and pre-A Level in order to qualify for extra time in the exams so they can definitely deal with teenagers. hazelnunhead
I have worked with Paula Bishop-Liebler, a dyslexia accessor - she has diagnosed many students at our HE instition. Her contacts will come up if you google her name.
