Storage Container Recommendations

Hello,

I am selling my flat and moving into rental accommodation while I look for a new place to live and need to store excess furniture as the rental property is a lot smaller than my current place.

Can anyone recommend a reliable and budget-friendly storage container company?

Thank you

I've used 3 or 4 of these, all much of a muchness to be honest, we currently have a unit at Shurgard round the South Circular from Forest Hill toward Catford and it's fine.

Once you've considered price I'd be just going for the most conveniently located if I were you.

We've been using Shurgard for years (we sold our house when we relocated a few years ago, and put quite a lot into storage). We're back in the UK, and still using Shurgard as we don't have sufficient space in our temporary rented flat. Its quite cheap (look out for the special deals which can be very good)...and its safe, and secure too.

    • Hi all My car was stolen between 1.30pm-1.50pm today in SE22 East Dulwich in South East London. I have of course reported this to the police but not much is being done, so I thought I'd give this a shot. The registration is GM66YOV, though its possible the licence plate may have been changed by now. If you see it anywhere please contact me or the police. Thankyou!
    • Years ago, got my ears pierced, alcohol on site, gun ..done.. Simple.. Gosh, surely your daughter of mothers can recommend  - do you really need to post on forum? Or maybe you home school whatever.. still recovering from shock, posted along the lines of, advice needed about adopting/ buying a dog…. Guess I am now at a age, where I should just keep quiet and pass no comment and read  postings like a “soap” - cheaper than tv licence…

    • I would'nt go locally I'd go to Maria Tash in Liberty..it'll be more expensive but they will do a good job and its their buisness not a 'sideline' to other beauty offerings. https://www.mariatash.com/store-locations/maria-tash-london-liberty?srsltid=AfmBOoqMz7Ev-4YqzrlkePX0n3i5JbiggGYSR9kU5z1p_ajP_jjQKqlt I have no experience of piercing at Polished but I went in to enquire about a manicure and I found the staff attitude pretty rude, looking me up and down when I walked in and just giving off a bad attitude like they just could'nt be bothered maybe because I'm not a glam 30 something? I dont know.
