enough of this mawkish toss. This is a footballer.

Manchester united are an enigma, wrapped in PR and smeared with shite. A collective culture based on a handful of youtube shorts designed for EZ consumption by the instant gratification generation. Easy access for lifes losers who want be be seen as winners. A pavlovian tear in the eye when Munich and Best are mentioned, knee jerk collective outrage when the Glazers are mentioned, Sentimental emotive tribal shite set against a black and white film of Matt Busby,a link to a working class history that never really existed except in the minds of the Sky generation drip fed manufactured immortality and helped along its path by easy money.Buy the shirt, watch the highlights, establish tenous links with the city, be part of the global tribe, be a winner or your money back.

A consideration if steps are an issue The Lordship might be an option. Noise is not usually an issue. We’ve enjoyed various meals there. The ladies toilets are on the same floor as the tables (the gents may be upstairs). The staff are always friendly
