The SE22 Piano School has been successfully preparing young musicians for the Music Scholarship audition process to local schools in Southwark and Lewisham for nearly a decade. Our seminar will talk you through the two-stage audition process including what kind of tests you will hear at the multiple choice Round One (Music Aptitude Test), through to recommended repertoire and prepping for questions you will be asked at Round Two. I have lots of great tips to help you create a memorable and confident audition. The seminar takes place at our studio in East Dulwich on Wednesday 10th January 2018.   Occasionally when this happens, the estate agent is complicit. Had this happen to our neighbour and we later found that the house was bought by the sister of the estate agent at the reduced price. The agent is in an advantageous position as he/she is aware of the seller's circumstances and occasionally one will go rogue to do a favour for a relative/friend.

  Hello, I have a new boxed (unwanted gift) Tefal Secure 5 that you could have. The model is P2500731 and is a few years old, just been sitting in a cupboard, but it hasn’t even been unpacked. I think a new version is about £70 so you can have it for £25? If interested, please let me know and I can drop off to you if you like as we are on Brixton Hill but pass through ED most days.
