There's a sign on the padlocked gate saying it's closed for tree work, but, there were a few people in there today inc one with a buggy (?had lifted it over the fence!) don't know if closer inspection of the sign says what the tree work is/?potential risks of going in there.
Please don't go in there! The signs are up for a reason. Five trees have been identified as hazardous by the council tree officer. A survey has been commissioned to check for bat habitation before works can be carried out. This may have been carried out in the last few days, so hopefully any felling/pruning neccessary will commence soon.

    • Would this not be a complaint better aimed at the council? Isn't it an anti social behaviour issue?  I think of myself as pretty live-and-let-live and feel like a miserable cow for saying this, but I do think I might complain. Personally I love the sound of fireworks but our dog is under the table, shaking like a leaf night after night and collapses in the street when he hears the noise.  I'm worried his heart'll give out.
    • The lower / no bang noise fireworks sound great.    Is there anywhere local selling those?
    • This petition to reduce the noise of fireworks is currently going through Parliament https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/738192
    • Have you complained to the solicitor directly and did they respond within the 8 weeks they have under their code of conduct - I presume they have and this is why you have escalated further to the SRA? If he doesn't respond in a timely fashion per the SRA code of conduct then I am sure they will need to take action.
