mspfan100
Hello, has anyone ever done this (or had it done by a builder) and if so did it improve your water pressure. What was the cost? We have spoken to Thames Water and got the costs from them to replace the pipe from their mains to our boundary but we need to lay the new pipe from our house to the boundary.Thanks. KidKruger
I've done it.Not sure if you'll actually have copper from your house to the boundary / water connection point. HunterHtingSolutions
I use Terry for my jobs where I need a new main ran in. Usually comes in between ?850-1100 inc VAT. This price is to 'mole' in a 32mm polypipe by digging 2-3 holes and using an air hammer so you don't need to dig a 750mm trench. His price includes making good to a high standard and installing a stopcock in your desired location.H20 Wiser Services, Terry 07950 587 793.
