8 Week Pilates Courses - starting January 2018!

Hello from all the team at Gaia Studio, a Pilates and Yoga Studio based on the border of East Dulwich and Peckham Rye.

Alongside our drop-in Pilates classes we also run 8 week Pilates courses, designed to progress and challenge you each week! We currently have a few spots free on our Thursday evening course. Class is at 8 - 9pm each week.

The cost is ?88 for the full 8 week course and the new block starts Thursday 4th January - perfect time?to start those new years resolutions!?

  There is a dance fit class at Harris girls on a Monday evening 630 pm which I have been going to for years . It is an inclusive class with a wide range of ages. The teacher is Fi and she is amazing and the classes are lots of fun. look on the web justdanceuk .com. There are other dance classes (flowetic )that Fi and the lovely Lizzie runs at Harris girls too . They also have an event next week which is a bit further- near Penge which is a day of dance to include just dance fit, dancehall, line dancing, garage fit and flowetic . Which is also available to book on that website ( look at the events section) .

  I didn't realise that either! I thought it just meant division within communities - religious, racial or otherwise. Yes, it is frightening. The days of the broad church political party are over.

  So I've done a little more research into the current use of the word, I hadn't realised it had latterly been used to describe anti Muslim feelings. Still don't like the use of the word. These are horrible times and am fearful for the future.
