new mother
Does anyone know about this, starting at around six months pp? I suddenly developed pain in my feet especially in the mornings and noticed my mother hopping around the same way. Her Gp diagnosed tendonitis whereas mine referred me to a cons who found nothing wrong. Any thoughts appreciated... Ramble66
Sounds more like it could be plantar fascitis. Will PM you later. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/17828-tendonitis/#findComment-444618 Share on other sites
Carrie
If the pain is in your heels, feels a bit like walking on broken glass and is worse when you get up in the morning or have been sitting for long periods then it definitely sounds like plantar fasciatis(sp?). It is agony when you have got it - I got rid of mine with exercises from a podiatrist - my friend who also had it used a "Strasburg sock" which keeps your foot in the right position while you sleep to avoid the problem in the morning.
