Anyone lost a black and white cat?

He/she is really thin and dirty and we keep seeing him/her around Pellatt Road. He/She is around mornings and early eve's. I hope he has a home :))I have got some pics on my i phone but it won't load up. He/she has a bib of white fur under his chin, white back legs and toes are white!

Does this cat have any white on his face? If so let me know as I have seen some missing cat posters up around Honor Oak so could be a potential lead for them....

He/she has a white nose and bib, and his back legs are white. I've seen him around Copleston Rd.
