Nanny required for May; date TBC, covering Monday-Wednesday

Recommended Posts

Hello

We are a family of 4, plus a Cat. I?m returning to work in May and need a nanny to work Monday through to Wednesday covering a full day (expected 7.15-6.30) start sometime in May?18; exact date to be confirmed. The role will fulfill all usual nanny obligations, looking after and caring for a baby (7/8 Months come May) and a really inquisitive toddler who is 3 1/2 currently. Really keen on someone who is confident, caring and reliable but who can use imaginative ways to support learning through play and other methods - learning words, letters, basic maths, etc. Experience of this either through Nursery teaching or other families is a pre-requisite. Ideally you?ll have minimum of 6 year experience.

Also DBS, NVQ3 a minimum, Ofstead is desirable.

Our last nanny was with us for 2.5 years so looking for someone who is part of our family.

About us - We live in a central location just behind goose green, enjoy cooking and cycling. We?ve got a boy and a girl and love to spend our weekends heading outside and pottering around the house.

Please contact me via private message.

Jennie

    • I just got this from ai in browser: Block Foxholes For Planting To block foxholes when planting, start by securing the perimeter of your garden, as foxes can dig under fences or through gaps.  Install L-shaped mesh footings at the base of fences to prevent them from burrowing underneath.  For specific planting areas, use wire mesh or a plastic mesh like DigStopper Prickle Strips laid over the soil to create a physical barrier that deters digging.  These mesh solutions are effective for protecting bulbs, seedlings, and flowerbeds, and can be cut to fit various shapes.  Additionally, covering the planted area with a layer of gravel or sharp-edged stones can make the surface uncomfortable for foxes to dig through.
    • Has anyone else experienced bites lately? I've been bitten for the last 5 evenings at home & have no idea why? No one else seems to be affected at home which is good news but it's really getting frustrating. Is anyone else experiencing anything like this? It always seems to be around 7pm as if it's dinner time & I'm on the menu.
