East Dulwich Collect Plus issue

I'd just like to add that Mark & Sons nr East Dulwich station were just rude to me when collecting a collect plus parcel including the muttering of expletives under their breath when I made a remark 'service with a smile'. I'm not sure if they're just not happy with people coming in and collecting parcels and not buying anything or just generally rude.

Needless to say I decided not to spend my hard earned cash on a some supplies whilst I was there.

I had never heard of Mark and Sons, so I googled them.

I often take parcels into Marks and Son and they are always pleasant.

And I think I've only ever bought something there once or twice.

Am just glad there's a parcel service nearby, beats the PO queues.

I find them rude when I do buy stuff in Marks and sons!

I don?t want to go off topic but feel I have to defend Mark & Son, who have always been friendly and polite in my experience. And no, I don?t work there before anyone gets suspicious!
