Every time I go in there I notice:

- A high turnout of affluent women who do not appear to have a standard 9-5 working regime

- Lots of designer yoga gear

Is this what they mean by a lifestyle business?

The former Shepherds and McColls units are being worked on to improve servicing access at the rear and provide separate access to the residential flats over them. Current info from the Dulwich Society says that the units are being marketed and should be available for letting later this year.

Gails has been refurbished and re-opened a few days ago.

Ah so does that mean it is going to be another convenience store?

I think a butchers/deli would make a killing in these spots. I would consider a careear change to open a shop there if Gail's are pulling in these profits.
