AnotherPaul
Catchy enough to get lodged in the brain and replay, over and over, whether you like it or not. A positive example. An involved and important phone conversation with a client was going well until I started hearing "It's alright to say things can only get better, you haven't lost your brand new sweater". I fessed up and admitted my plight and the client was very understanding.A negative example. Desree's 'Life'. The line "I'm afraid of a ghost, rather have a piece of toast and watch the evening news" is capable of downing a whole day. Twisted. Careful if you click the link, only listen once.ap Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/1807-the-power-of-the-earworm/ Share on other sites
