I think there is a reasonably relaxed ballet class at Harris Girl's school on a saturday morning - don't know more than that. But have heard of little ones going.

Also Beckenham Spa runs ballet classes over the summer on a drop in basis - on a Monday afternoon and possibly a Thursday, I think (best to check). I did them last year and it was a great way to let your LO try it out. Kids turned up in all sorts of kit / fairy costumes etc and they could do it in bare feet.

My 3 and a half year old has just finished her first term doing ballet with theatre Peckham. It's at Harris Boys on Pechkam High St. She loves it. If you google theatre Peckham and sign up for "preparation for ballet" they will send you an email when the booking opens in a few weeks time. It's first come first served.

hi eos dance do classes on a saturday morning ?50-?60 per term depending on ages, My daughter goes there and has just signed up for 2nd year as she loves it, teacher is fantastic and not too strict but gets results. Lovely use of different names for positions for little ones so rather than 2nd position she would say hug your mummy! so sweet. Its held at the community centre on darrell road next door to dulwich medical centre.

if you pm me your email address if you are interested and I can get the teacher to email over the new timetable as the times are changing for next year.

    • The discussion has been about the silence from certain posters about Truss's disastrous actions. Your 'gotcha' is merely a deflection.
    • The banking crisis was a global event which enabled the Tories victory and to this day is somehow used against Labour  covid and furlough are under events which impacted economy.  But guess what? Not just the uk economy! energy prices a result of the Russian invasion, something Johnson said would never happen and as we seek to remove ourselves from non-renewable and Russian controlled natural resources, we have Tories and reform condemning Labour for pursuing renewables. Something most other sane countries are doing  We must also not forget the mad relative in the attic.  Brexit.  Something which contributed massively both to the black hole and to the foreseeable future lack of growth  (this is something starmer has also bizarrely tied himself to. Presumably in an attempt to placate the media/loons who think it was a good idea but which will fail in both aims)
    • Ah, so unforeseeable events didn't add to the "black hole"  Gotcha
