nunheadmum
I think there is a reasonably relaxed ballet class at Harris Girl's school on a saturday morning - don't know more than that. But have heard of little ones going. Also Beckenham Spa runs ballet classes over the summer on a drop in basis - on a Monday afternoon and possibly a Thursday, I think (best to check). I did them last year and it was a great way to let your LO try it out. Kids turned up in all sorts of kit / fairy costumes etc and they could do it in bare feet. Grotty
My 3 and a half year old has just finished her first term doing ballet with theatre Peckham. It's at Harris Boys on Pechkam High St. She loves it. If you google theatre Peckham and sign up for "preparation for ballet" they will send you an email when the booking opens in a few weeks time. It's first come first served. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/18070-local-ballet-lessons/#findComment-660855 Share on other sites
ludoscotts
hi eos dance do classes on a saturday morning ?50-?60 per term depending on ages, My daughter goes there and has just signed up for 2nd year as she loves it, teacher is fantastic and not too strict but gets results. Lovely use of different names for positions for little ones so rather than 2nd position she would say hug your mummy! so sweet. Its held at the community centre on darrell road next door to dulwich medical centre. if you pm me your email address if you are interested and I can get the teacher to email over the new timetable as the times are changing for next year. Pickle
I second the recommendation for EOS Dance school, my daughter takes classes with Ari at school but has also been to the Saturday ones occasionally. We have also signed up for another year as she loves her weekly ballet class.
